1. 店内商品是现货还是预购？ Are your items ready stock or pre-order?
店内部分商品为 现货，售完后将开放补单 Backorder
(部分款式售完即不再补货，建议喜欢的商品尽早入手!)
Our collection includes both Ready Stock and Pre-order (Backorder) items.
Some designs are made in limited quantities and may not be restocked once sold out — so if you love it, don’t wait too long!
2. 发货时间需要多久？How long does shipping take?
现货商品：5 个工作天内寄出 （不含周末及公共假期）
预购 / 补单商品：20–30 个工作天到货（不含周末及公共假期）
*预购商品将在每期截单后统一安排发货，预计 20–30天内寄出。
Ready stock: order will be shipped within 5 working days
Pre-order / Backorder: items will arrive within approximately 20–30 working days
*both excluding weekends & public holidays
3. 若订单中同时包含现货与预购商品，会分开发货吗？What happens if my order includes both ready stock and pre-order items?
订单中若同时包含现货与预购商品，将于 预购商品到货后统一发货。如欲提前收到现货，建议 分开下单。
⚠️ 下单后恕不接受取消、更改或合并订单（商品缺货情况除外）。
Orders containing both Ready Stock and Preorder items, the parcel will be shipped only after item arrived. If you’d like to receive your ready stock items first, please place separate orders.
⚠️ Please note that once an order is placed, cancellations or modifications are not allowed, except in cases where the item is out of stock.
4. 可以更换尺寸吗？ Can I exchange sizes after receiving my order?
