OYA – Terms of Service

By registering as an OYA member or using our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.

OYA may update or revise these terms from time to time. Any changes will be published on our website and will take effect immediately. Continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms. Some services or features may be subject to additional terms or guidelines, which will be clearly stated where applicable.

If you are under 20 years old, please obtain consent from your parent or legal guardian before using this website. By continuing to use our services, it is assumed that such consent has been given.

📦 Processing Time & Working Days

Ready Stock

• Estimated 3–7 working days from order date

• Working days exclude weekends & Malaysia public holidays

Backorder

• Estimated 21–30 working days from order date

• Working days exclude weekends & public holidays

If there is any delay for backorder items, we will notify you via WhatsApp, email, or Instagram Stories.
Some backorder items may require different processing times — this will be clearly stated under “Stock Available” on the product page.

🥠 Ready Stock Policy

• Ready stock items are first come, first served

• No reservation for ready stock items

• Unpaid ready stock orders will be automatically cancelled after 24 hours

📌 If your order contains both Ready Stock & Backorder items, the entire order will be shipped based on backorder processing time.

📌 If you wish to receive ready stock items earlier, please place separate orders.

🥠 Backorder & Preorder Policy

• Backorder processing time may vary:

  • Faster: 7–14 working days

  • Slower: 21–30 working days

• Backorder items are not suitable for urgent orders

Due to fabric availability, production, or sizing adjustments,some backorder items may become unavailable. In such cases, a cash refund will be issued accordingly.

Processing time for each backorder item will be stated on the product page.

🚚 Shipping, Parcels & Parcel Loss

• Orders can only be combined once for shipping

• To combine orders, please DM us on Instagram with your previous and new order numbers

• After shipment, one shipping fee will be refunded as store credit
  (Cash refund is not available)

📌 Shipping fees are non-refundable
📌 Free shipping applies to single receipt only

Parcel Loss (Malaysia Only)

We are not responsible for parcels lost during transit,but we will assist in filing a claim with the courier.

• Normal Shipping

  • West MY: RM8 | East MY: RM15

  • Compensation up to RM200 or parcel value (whichever is lower)

By placing an order, you agree to the courier’s parcel loss terms.

📌 Additional charges will apply for re-delivery after one unsuccessful attempt.
📌 Re-delivery fees are borne by the customer.

💳 Payment Method

• Online Transfer / Bank-in

  • Upload payment receipt via My Account > Orders

• All orders are not reservable

• Unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled after 24 hours

🔁 Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

For Malaysia & International orders:

• No returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once order is confirmed

• No exchange for size, colour, or item after checkout

• Size mismatch is not a valid reason for return
  (All measurements are stated clearly on the website)

✅ Incorrect Item Only

Returns are only accepted if you receive a wrong item / size / colour.
Please contact us within 1–3 days after parcel delivery.

Conditions:

• Item must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags

• No stains, scents, perfume, detergent, or damage

• Return must be made within 1–3 days after approval

📌 Approved returns will be refunded via Store Credit only
📌 Shipping fees are not refundable
📌 Processing time: 1–3 working days after we receive the return

Return Shipping Fee:

• Malaysia (West & East): RM15

• Overseas: Customer bears return shipping cost

⚠️ Not Considered as Defects

The following are not classified as defects:

• Minor fabric dots, threads, or slight pilling

• Colour or size differences between batches

• Measurement variance of 1–3cm

📏 Item Size Guide

Please note that this chart is meant as a general reference only, as sizing may vary between different items and designs.
For the most accurate fit, we highly recommend referring to the measurements stated under each product description before placing your order.

Important Notes

• All measurements are stated in inches

• Measurements may vary by ±1–3cm due to mass production

• Such variations are considered normal and not treated as defects

• Fabrics are cut manually at the factory, slight size differences may occur

• Fabric sheerness and texture may vary depending on personal preference
  (All descriptions are based on our honest personal judgement)

• Please refer to the model photos for the closest representation of the actual colour

🧵 How to Measure

• Bust
  Measure around the fullest part of your bust, just under your arms.

• Waist
  Measure around the smallest part of your waist, allowing one finger between your body and the tape.

• Hips
  Measure around the widest part of your hips.

• Dress Length
  Measure from the highest point of your shoulder straight down your back.
