1.什么时候可以申请退款、退货或换货？ When can I ask for a refund, return, or exchange?

仅在您收到的商品存在明显瑕疵或发错商品的情况下，才可申请退款、退货或换货。

以下情况 不可申请退款、退货或换货：
i) 订单尺码不合适；
ii) 商品穿上不合个人喜好；
iii) 商品已穿着/清洗或吊牌已拆除。

每件商品的尺寸信息均在网站清楚标示，请务必按照尺码表测量后再下单。

Refunds, returns, and exchanges are only available if the item you received has obvious defects or if the wrong item was sent.

Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not allowed in the following cases:
i) The item size does not fit;
ii) The item does not look good on you;
iii) The item has been worn, washed, or the hang tag removed.

The item measurements are clearly provided on the website. Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order.

2. 如何申请退款、退货或换货？ / How can I proceed with a refund, return, or exchange?

1. 请联系我们，提供您的订单号及瑕疵或错误商品照片。

2. 客服团队将尽快回复您。退款、退货或换货申请获批准后，请在收到商品的7天内寄回商品。超过7天寄回的商品将不被接受。

3. 商品寄回仓库后，我们将检查商品状况。退货商品必须未使用、未清洗，且保持收到时的原状及吊牌完好。

4. 退货、退款或换货过程中产生的运费由我们承担，但在我们收到商品前的任何损失概不负责。
   
   

1. Kindly contact us with your Order ID and a photo of the defective and/or wrong item.

2. Our customer service team will respond as soon as possible. Once your refund, return, or exchange is approved, please return the item within 7 days of receiving it. Returns after 7 days will not be accepted.

3. Once the item is returned to our warehouse, we will check its condition. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received with the hang tag attached.

4. We cover the shipping fees incurred during the refund, return, and exchange process. However, we are not responsible for any loss until the item is received.

3. 退款需要多久？ / How long will I receive my refund?

所有流程完成后，我们将启动退款程序。
退款将会在3–5天内返还至您的店铺账户余额。

Once all the above steps are completed, we will start the refund process.
You will receive your refund to your store account credit within 3–5 days.
