All parcels are shipped via Pos Malaysia / Citylink (depending on coverage area).
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2 days after payment.
Parcels ship out within 5 days, excluding weekends & public holidays.
Backorder items will be shipped once ready. Orders with both in-stock and backorder items will be sent together.
Tracking
You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order is shipped.
Re-delivery
Unsuccessful deliveries returned to us will require an additional postage fee for re-shipment.
Please arrange re-delivery or self-collection with the courier within 5 working days to avoid return.
Self-Pickup
Self-pickup available in Subang/ Sunway Area.
