For Malaysia & International Orders

  • Once your order is confirmed, we do not accept cancellations, returns, refunds, or exchanges.

  • No exchange for size, colour, or item after checkout.

  • Size mismatch is not a valid reason for return. (All measurements are clearly listed on our website.)


Only for Incorrect Items

Returns are accepted only if you receive the wrong item, size, or colour.

  • Contact us within 1–3 days after parcel delivery.

Conditions:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags

  • No stains, scents, perfumes, detergent, or damage

  • Return must be made within 1–3 days after approval


Refund & Shipping Info:

  • Approved returns are refunded via Bank transfer 

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Processing time: 1–3 working days after we receive the return

Return Shipping Fee:

  • Malaysia (West & East): RM15

  • Overseas: Customer covers return shipping cost

  • Minor fabric dots, loose threads, or slight pilling

  • Colour or size differences between production batches

  • Measurement variance of 1–3cm


How long until I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and approved, You will receive your refund to your bank account credit within 3–5 days.
