Please read carefully before placing your order.
1. Backorder & Ready Stock
- Backorder items require 21–30 working days for production & shipping
(excluding weekends & public holidays). - To receive your order before Lunar New Year (17 February 2026), we strongly recommend placing your order early.
- Backorder orders placed closer to February cannot be guaranteed to arrive before Lunar New Year.
- Ready Stock items will be shipped within 2–7 days after order confirmation.
๐ Kindly note:
- We do not accept urgent orders or requests for delivery by a specific date.
- Courier delays may occur during the festive period due to high parcel volume.
2. Backorder Cut-Off & Final Shipping Date
- Backorder cut-off date: 25 January 2026 (Sunday)
- Last shipping day before Lunar New Year: 13 February 2026 (Friday)
Backorder orders placed between 8–15 January 2026 are guaranteed to be shipped out by our final shipping date.
3. Backorders After 18 January 2026
- Backorders placed after 18 January 2026 will still be accepted.
- However, delivery before Lunar New Year is not guaranteed.
- Orders not shipped in time will be dispatched after Lunar New Year, with deliveries starting from 25 February 2026, based on order sequence.
4. Ready Stock & Backorder in One Order
- We recommend placing separate orders for Ready Stock and Backorder items to avoid delays.
- If separate shipping is requested for a single order, additional shipping fees will apply.
